Pokar ki Shahi Chakki ki Sabzi

Sabzee / Sabji / Bhaajee synonymous to dry and wet curries, form an integral part of any Indian menu. Typically Sabzee calls for preparing a vegetable or a combination of vegetables, in a thick gravy seasoned with various spices as cumin seeds, ginger and garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder and onions. Special varieties using ingredients other than vegetables like Besan Gatte, Kadhi (gram flour), Mangodi, Pappad (Lentils), Rajmaa (beans), Chhole (Chickpeas), Kair Saangree (herbs), Maithee (Fenugreeks) are equally popular. While Pooree Sabzee is a special combo of deep-fried breads (Pooree) served with plain Aaloo Sabzee, Paav Bhaajee is a popular snack where spicy curry, (thick gravy with grated vegetables) is served with bread bun (Paav).
