The delectable Daal Kachauri/Kachori prepared from the round balls of refined flour stuffed with the filling of overnight soaked Udad Daal seasoned with basic spices, like- salt, red chili powder, Heeng (asafoetida), Garam Masala, etc. and deep-fried is a spicy snack. It is served with hot tangy Kadi made by tempering gram flour batter and boiled potatoes, curd etc. in normal spices and garnished with coriander leaves and spicy chutney prepared using, coriander leaves, dried-mango powder (Amchoor) and normal spices.
